Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions by prospective clients. We recommend reviewing these before requesting a quote or reaching out to us for a general inquiry. If you have a question that is not answered below, please contact us so we can answer it!

Payment

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please complete and submit to our Request a Quote form. Before submitting, please take a look at our menu.

WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

The minimum order cost is $200. Payment for orders under $350 are due at the time of booking.

WHEN IS MY DEPOSIT DUE?

All deposits and payments are due within 48 hours of invoice delivery. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled date for service. Dates will not be held without a deposit.

WHAT IF I PAY MY INVOICE LATE?

Booking is based on a first come, first serve availability. Invoices will be cancelled within 72 hours of delivery and require a $15 late payment and reinstatement fee due at time of rebooking. 

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend booking your date one month in advance and two weeks being the latest as dates do fill quickly, especially during peak seasons. There is a $50 rush fee for orders placed within one week of the requested services.

Delivery

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we deliver. The delivery fee varies based on location; starting at $25 for drop off. Please complete the Request a Quote form for an estimate.

WHAT TIME IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is an hour before the event. Please allow 15 minutes before or after the arrival time for traffic.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH DROP OFF CATERING?

Food, aluminum pans, and utensils. Drop off catering does not include chafer dishes. Disposable chafer dishes can be purchased for $11 per set (steam pan, wire rack and two 2 hour burners).

Set Up

DO YOU SET UP AND BREAK DOWN THE CATERING SPREAD?

Set up is available starting at $85. Please complete the Request a Quote form for an estimate.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

We do not provide tables.

Miscellaneous

HOW ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?

All the meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. Substitutions can be made.

DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?

We do not offer tastings at this time.

HOW MANY GUEST CAN YOU ACCOMODATE AT AN EVENT?

At this time we can provide efficient services and take excellent care of a maximum of 75 guests.
